I appreciate your time and efforts,

 

That said if you've already tried using alternate browsers and yet have the same issue with zoomed video, please update the adobe flash player:
Click here for details & Click here to install it.
 

If you have issues after that as well, try other websites such as Dailymotion or Netflix and check if the video is zoomed in it as well.
