Compaq Pro 6300 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there! I want to upgrade to a dedicated graphics card but before that, i wanna test out if more VRAM to my integrated Intel HD Graphics 2000 would improve the performance in terms of video stuff. My computer is a HP Compaq Pro 6300 Base Model SFF running an Intel Core i3-2130 which is with the Intel HD Graphics 2000. The BIOS is the latest one i could've get for this computer, but i haven't found any option to maximize the VRAM. Is there a way to do that or not?

No, no problem
yes i know i had an old computer where i could change from 64/128 (from memory) but it hardly changed anything and since the computer only had 512 mb of ram it was awful
I'm afraid the only solution is to add a graphics card

Hello
if there is nothing in the bios, it is because not possible
There is probably no advanced option, and if there is you have to find the key combination, not simple, or nonexistent!
The only option you may have is the amount of shared memory, depending on the graphics chip, and the amount of memory installed, the system automatically adjusts the graphics memory.

Hi Promethee, sorry for not having the special characters for your name though, but anyways...

I'll try to find the solution about it, however it's quite terrible to have only 32MB of VRAM only...
