Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)
Hello!
I have a HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ey0xxx, which I also use as a tablet for studying. I bought during November(2022) MPP 1.51 Pen and I have been using it to make notes until yesterday. It stopped working and I have tried different things to make it work again but without any success. Now only my mouse can work as a pen when I try to draw something, even though I still have the pen sign in the bottom.Do I need to try to change the battery or I must edit something in the settings? If it's a problem of the pen can I send it back and order a new one?
I am looking forward to your answer!
Best Regards,
Amarilda Memushaj
