Recently bought the above desktop and it is working very well I am extremely pleased with it. However, yesterday I downloaded the software InPixio Photo Studio 11 and after a while my screen started to turn various shades of pink from very pale to brilliant, bright pink. It does clear and return to normal after a while but can flare up at any time. I have used earlier editions of this software in other PC's without any problems. How can I fix it? Is the problem the software, my new PC or my nearly new screen? Your advice would be very welcome.

@Monday19 -- the colours on the screen are "additive" -- mix all 3 primary colours to get "white".
If the monitor is not receiving all three colours, then mixing the other 2 colours can produce "pink".
So:
- make sure that the current video-cable is tightly-connected at both ends;
- try connecting your computer to a different monitor, using your video-cable;
- try connecting your computer to a different monitor, using a different video-cable;
- try connecting your computer to your monitor, using a different video-cable;
- try connecting your monitor to a different computer, using your video-cable;
- try connecting your monitor to a different computer, using a different video-cable.
After the above tests, you should be able to isolate the failing component.
Or, it is possible that your computer's video-card is overheating, after a while, causing a "loss" of one of those 3 "primary" colours.
