Hi,
my HP 27 ES monitor that I use as external monitor for my laptop today suddently started popping up the on-screen-display with the menu for setting up the screen options.
On the lower part of the monitor there are four command buttons and the second one from the right has never worked (in a year and half), but I got rid of it since using the other butons I was able to set the options as I wanted.
The problem is that now the button is virtually always pressed.
I can close the on screen display but in a fraction of a second it comes back...
What can I do?
Thank you!

Hi @LeleBg
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your monitor.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!

Dear,
thanks for your kind reply but I don't think I will pay for repairing this monitor.
The button goes crazy only sometimes and I will keep it like this or I will buy a new monitor, of another brand of course.
Kind regards
Daniele
