I ordered a monitor (Omen 34c) on the 21st of September, with estimated delivery on the 25th (today). When tracking the order, on my phone it says "packing", but on my computer it says "waiting for stock". Both now and when I ordered, the shop said the monitor is in stock.

 

Trying to enquire about the order, I selected "I haven't received this product" and I got the message "The estimated shipment date for your product is Invalid Date", which is... not very reassuring.

 

Additionally, after clicking on continue, I was sent to a confirmation page saying "we received your cancellation request", which I actually didn't request. Now there is no trace of that cancellation in my order, so I am assuming the ordered wasn't cancelled despite the website telling me it was? 

 

I am so confused, what is even going on? Is the product in stock or not? When is it expected to be delivered? Did I just cancel my order or not?
