Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

 

Good morning guys. Should I expose a problem: my monitor HP w1907s, power, lights, makes' a black screen, and then starts to operate normally. What should I do to avoid this black screen when the PC? Thanks for your help

A place, guys. It was resolved with the clean boot of Franco Leuzzi, and therefore Wise Registry Cleaner. Hello and the next
