On December 18, 2017, Microsoft released an update for the problem with AMD Radeon graphic adapters, for both Windows 10 '1703' and '1709' versions.

Hello. I have the same problem, but I did every thing and when I want to chage "roll driver" It's not available, it appears shaded. Thank you!

Just run Windows Update, to download & install the fix for the problem.
