Any ideas....?

After my windows 10 upgrade my touchscreen stopped working. In the settings it says that the pen and touch is not available anymore. It don't show up in Device Manager under Human Interfaces. I have tried reinstalling windows 10 with no success. Tried factory reset with no luck.  Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

hi

this type of problem comes up regularly see if it can help
but just a question, you mentioned
"Tried factory reset with no luck."
Does this mean that you tried a factory recovery, and that didn't change anything, or that it's not possible?
it could be a hardware problem
in some message, it is indicated how to do some tests, see if possible

I tried the factory reset and it didn't reload windows.... I think it came with windows 8 or 8.1 something like that. I had to download a copy of windows 10 on a flash drive to reinstall.
