Hi Team,

 

I have recently brought Auklet USB C Hub Docking Station, 5-in-1 Aluminium USB C Hub,4K HDMI@30HZ,100 W Power Delivery, Compatibile with iOS, Windows and Linux from Amazon and was trying to connect my laptop with at Micromax & LG TV. But it is not able to connect. A usb type wireless mouse was able to connect with laptop using this usb c hub.

 

Can someone please share some insights as to how I can connect TV/TFTs with laptop for more productivity using given usb c hub

I had the same issue for about a week! it was driving me crazy, I knew it wasn't a hardware issue (tested cables, connectors and screens with another device). All the drivers were uo to date, I even reset the BIOS to default and tried a million other things.

Then I came across this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Video-Display-and-Touch/HP-Omen-17-not-sending-HDMI-out-to-sec...

I followed the fist approach (unplug everything, hold power button for 15+ seconds, plug power cable back in, then turn on the laptop)  and after that the external screens were working again!
