Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

V24i Monitor Turns off intermittently and has to be restarted. Is this a warranty item or is there a fix?

Machine has 2 DP 1.4 ports at it back, bot of them have same problem ? It yes, please check your cables. The monitor does not have Display Port, only 1 VGA; 1 HDMI 1.4 (with HDCP support) as from its specs

Do you use an adapter or direct DP to HDMI cable ?

Thanks I will check the other DP when I get home. I am now on vacation. 

My screen does have a DP and I connect directly to it. I took a picture but can’t attach it here
