Assume that I have purchased a product on Dec 1 2019. Will warranty of a monitor expires on Dec 1 of 2020 23.59 PM or Dec 1 of 2020 00.00 AM ?

Do you have a specific reason for this request?

Because, frankly, that won't change much! A product will break down either well before the end of the warranty, or after.

A few minutes will certainly not matter That said, you can check (maybe not down to the minute, the validity period here:

"A few minutes will certainly not matter " it is a bold statement.  in my case one of the coveted HP item broke down exactly as I described. HP doesn't say anything about at what time warranty starts and at what time warranty ends. Of-course, it is not a end of world for me as I can deal with extended warranty using square trade etc., but I have lost trust in HP.
