I have problem with my hp 15s laptop, I can't see the screen at all. The expert has told that they will be sending an engineer by today(26th of may), but they didn't send anyone. I have very important files in the laptop which I have to submit by 28th of may... Which is just 1 day away. I want an engineer to come as soon as possible to repair it. I have escalated your issue to HP’s Support Team in your region. They will review and check for possible options available, if any, to resolve your issue. You should be contacted within 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Response times may vary by region.

I know..due to lockdown it services are a bit but I have really very important files there which should be submitted by tomorrow otherwise my job will.be gone. I have been making my boss wait for 3 days already ,I can't make them wait any longer.please understand my situation and send an engineer tomorrow. I request you.
