er27
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The monitor does not have audio, but Windows registers it as an audio device while connected via HDMI.

How can we remove the er27 monitor from the list of windows audio devices?

@va1idscreenname Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support and we appreciate your patience.

That said, have you followed these steps, from the same link you've mentioned: "You will have to go into the windows control panel>hardware and sound>sound>manage audio devices and select the PC speakers as the default playback option..."

If yes, and yet the issue persists, please try the steps in this link: click here
