pavilion 23
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My son punched our computer screen. HP pavilion 23 all in one.  it is not cracked but there is a cross of vertical and horizontal colorful lines on the screen. is there anyway to fix this?

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

My guess would be, short of replacing the screen and other damaged display components -- probably NOT.

 

And, since accidental damage is not covered under OEM warranties, unless you purchased an Extended Warranty with that coverage included, you would have to pay ALL the  costs associated with this -- shipment to HP, diagnosis, disassembly, new parts, part removal and replacement, reassembly, second diagnostics, shipping back to you.

 

For an estimate of this, my suggestion is that you contact the nearest HP Certified Service Center:  HP Notebook PCs - Using a Certified HP Service Center to Repair a Notebook PC | HP® Customer Support
