HP Envy 32 All-in-One -Wireless Charger Won't Recognize any Rechargeable Device

My Wireless Recharging dock won't recognize any device.  I have it turned wireless charging on and Full-Feature is activated, but it won't charge or even light up for my phones (old or new), my ear buds or my apple watch.

Please help,

I have the same issue with my ENVY 32 AIO. Only worked for a few days before it stopped responding. No indicator lights and wireless charging is turned ON in the monitor menu.

Did you exchange your product or get it repaired? I'm reluctant to do so since I have seen a couple of members with the same issue and I cannot afford any downtime at work...
