Pavilion 23-1000 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my All in One since late February 2016 - purchased at local Best Buy - The pc  screen touch is still working but not doing me any good because the mouse and keyboard are not working after 3 months of excellent performance.  Both have new batteries.  May be signal problem since I am set up wireless.

Help - frustrated and have no idea what to do.

Thank you

My son's friend took a few seconds and found the wireless usb receiver on the bottom of the All in One, removed it and plugged it back in another usb port.  Voila....mouse and keyboard clicking away.

HP Support may be assuming this was done before contacting them, but in this case I didn't even know "where" the receiver was!  So thought I would add this to conversation.
