I UPDATED MY OPERATING SYSTEM FROM WINDOWS 7 TO WINDOWS 10 32BIT. SINCE THEN I CANNOT CONNECT TO LAN. I EVEN USE WIRELESS LAN USB NETWORK ADAPTER. IT SAYS THAT I AM CONNECTED BUT NO INTERNET ACCESS. THE WIFI ICON HAS YELLOW TRIANGLE WITH EXCLAMATION POINT. I TRIED UPDATING THE NETWORK DRIVERS FOR LAN AND WIFI BUT THE IT SAYS THAT THE BEST DRIVER FOR MY NETWORK ADAPTERS ARE INSTALLED ALREADY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I have seen bunches of complaints about Windows 10 and WiFi and internet in general. Run the "internet troubleshooter" to see if that can fix it. Right click on the internet symbol - lower right by clock - and pick "Troubleshoot problems"
If that fails, check "Device Manager" and the Network adapters category - verify drivers are installed the device is Enabled
PS: forum etiquette - stop using all caps - that is considered shouting. Keep doing it - might cause no responses
I'm not an HP employee.

There is a Dell support forum where someone may be able to help you with your specific model's wlan adapter on W10...
