Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

On startup screen will eigther go to blue windows screen and freeze up or it will go to select keyboard language screen but the keyboard and mouse do not function on that screen to select one. If I go into one of the f keys on startup the mose and keyboard work just fine but I still cant use my PC

Did not change anything. Still will not open.

Thanks for the response.

 

Then, try performing the recovery using the link below and check if that solves the issue.

Doing the recovery will wipe all your personal information including the software will be lost.
