Hi rhr22,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I have read your post on how your CyberLink Power DVD gives you a notification when viewing videos, and I would be happy to assist you! To begin, I will need to ask you a few questions:
- What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop computer?
- Has your computer completed all of its important Windows Updates?
- Is this an on-going or recent issue?
- If you use a different video viewing program such as Windows Media Player?
- When you receive this notification, is there a numbered error in the same window?
- Do you get this same error message if you try different DVDs?
Please re-post with the necessary information, and I look forward to your reply!
Regards
MechPilot
