HP Omen Command Center prize redemption E-mail not sending?

I recently won the HP Omen command center reward for the HP Oman Mindframe headset, and when I get the option to "resend prize redemption E-mail" I never get the E-mail , is there anyone with HP who can help me on this?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
