Hello HP.

I have been a proud owner of the hp reverb g2 vr headset and recently updated my pc to win version 24h2. This version no longer supports win mixed reality portal (thanks Microsoft!). I would really appreciate if hp supplies some kind of workaround software to make the g2 work again. It is a shame that Microsoft and HP have both done nothing to solve this problem you caused for thousands of reverb customers. This is ZERO sustainability and a reason to never ever buy HP products again. You cannot simply not provide your customers with a fix for a perfectly working good product and thus have it turn into a high tech paper weight… that is not being environmentally responsible and also not customer friendly.

So kindly do something or never see me as a customer again!
