Hi guys,

I've already contacted the Support about this issue, but did not get any feedback in return (at least not to the points I mentioned).

Maybe someone here (a moderator?) can redirect this feedback to the correct people...

Essence is, that I'm still waiting for my Reverb G2 (which is delayed because of covid and other production issues, I know...), but the problem is the my orders page. The status did not really changed since I ordered (the page layout did, so I guess the frontend was updated), but the annoying thing is that it shows that the HMD was delivered 2nd of Nov, which of course it wasn't 😉

Also if I change from the Desktop view to Mobile view, the status changes from preparing shipment to shipped.

So in general I want to point out that there are still some annoying bugs in the layout and that I'm not really happy with the information flow...

The information on the order page are completely useless and there must be at least some estimate when to expect shipment...
