Hi, i have the same problem as :
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/BIOS-Update-to-fix-stuttering-issue/td-p/8468039
The described solutions do not work. I have Bios F.24. Reinstalling the HP GPU drivers did not help.
The problem is this:

My PC is : OMEN 30L GT13-0006nc
Is there a solution ? Is HP preparing a BIOS update?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting are getting shuttering issues, I am glad to assist you.
Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
(Note:- Though you have already updated BIOS and driver, try these steps to fix the issue)
- HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also, ensure Windows is up to date.
- Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Hi,
nothing that is written helps.
You write common procedures. I don't have a laptop, but a desktop.
I have had this problem for several months. I have tried all the commonly available software repair options.
Thank you for your willingness, but it didn't help me.

Thanks for advice.
A month ago, I contacted SWISS (swissit.sk), an authorized service in Slovakia.
They replied that they had no information about this issue and could not help me.
If I want, I can bring a PC for diagnostics.
I will try to contact them again, maybe they have new information.
