Hi
A 10.5 inch graphics card may not work in the PC case. You have to measure this.
HP uses a proprietary power supply. The maximum watt PSU, available for your PC, from HP is 500 watts. Part number L05757-800 Power Supply - GNRC PSU 500W ENT17 FR GLD
The Nvidia FE 1080 runs on 500 watts and requires one PCIe 8 pin connection from the power supply.

Can I use a Non HP PSU from a trusted Manufacturer in the pc? This is the one I found https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07DTP6QKG/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A4UCFL9LU89NR&psc=1

Hi
Sorry but this is not possible unless you can find power supply adapter cables to convert a standard PSU 24 pin MB cable to the cabling HP uses on your MB. HP does not use the 24 pin PSU MB connector.
I have not seen this adapter but it may exist.
You can buy, it's not available, the HP 500 watt PSU at this site: https://parts.hp.com/hppartsIGSO/Search_Results.aspx?mscssid=076379013A014CCF93B0D4A4CC12997B&Search...
