@ChainFPS , welcome to the Community.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.
Here is a video card that has some great specs and requires only 75W to run it properly. This means it doesn't require any supplemental power connectors. You should be able to find it on Amazon. I have been using a MSI card for several years with great joy!!
Once you have read the article I provided you will be able to determine if it will be compatible with your motherboard and power supply unit (PSU), and fit into the space provided.
Please click the "Yes" button if my reply was helpful and "Accept as Solution" if your problem is Solved!!

Thank you for the additional information, @ChainFPS!
Here are the specifications for the Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC 4G from Gigabyte. It appears that it should work. However, here are the specifications for you computer. Your power supply unit (PSU) is only 310W so it will not allow for any further upgrades, since the 1650 requires a PSU of a minimum of 300W. The PCIe slot on the motherboard is PCIe x16 socket. It is the first or second generation. The GTX 1650 is PCI-E 3.0 x 16. This means that you won't get the full benefit of the card.
The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. HP does have a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that should be compatible with your motherboard. If you want to have some extra power for peak needs this PSU would be good.

Make certain that you read my article before making your choice. I don't like saying bad things about products, but PNY has not been one of my favorites over the years.

Here are the specifications from PNY. In the section titled "TDP" it states 75W.
