@NiravVaja , welcome to the Community.
Here are the Product Specifications for your computer. You should look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information" and "Memory upgrade information" for the the information on compatible processors and memory. I can't guaranty that you will be able to upgrade the memory while maintaining the same speed. It seems that the only memory that will reach the stated speeds is installed at the factory. You can upgrade the video card, but this will most likely require a power supply unit (PSU) upgrade, also. The M.2, SSD, can be upgraded to give you more storage. The specifications can be found in the section titled "Hard drives".
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article to explain what to consider when upgrading your video card.
Q: and how far is my motherboard capable of ?
A: I am not certain what you want to know about your motherboard. However, to do the above upgrades you shouldn't have to change anything on your motherboard.
