I have the Intel OMEN 30L (GT13-1365xt) and adding any RAM that the machine did not come with will cause the machine to fail to boot. The RAM I am adding is compatible (DDR4, 3200Mhz directly from Kingston) sequence eventually needing in a series of beeps (2 long, 3 short; sometimes other time the machine will start to boot the lights will stay white and then power cycle again in an endless loop).
Even if I remove the original RAM and only using what I bought (DDR4 3200Mhz, again matching specs) will cause this sequence.
I’m running the F.15 BIOS from HP.
I have the memory protection, fast boot, and drive encryption off.
Running OMEN Desktop version 1101.2209.1.0 from 2022-09-01, memory clocking is set to 3200Mhz.
Any help is appreciated this support article does not help since I do not have the "advanced tab" in my BIOS (F.15A).
I should be able to add RAM to this machine, as verified by HP support here:

2 long 3 short is memory initialization failure
The ram is not compatible. DDR4 may be organized as 2Rx8, 1Rx16 or 1Rx8
Please provide the url to the memory you purchased as you may have bought the wrong rank
read also the following article and the discussion by @NonSequitur777 as the 30L seems to be have a few problems

Kingston shows KF432C16BB1AK2 as organized as 2Rx8 which is low density.
possibly your system only runs on 1Rx8 or 1Rx16
or, more likely, it just has a problem with this RAM
Please boot your system with just the old ram and use CPU-z to check the rank
My system uses Dual rank (2rx8) and I cannot boot with single rank and I was lucky to get my money back when returning the ram I bought by mistake. You may have the opposite problem and need single rank
Did you try resetting the CMOS after putting in the new memory

Looks like single capacity is what is installed by default.
Where did you see the information for the Kingston modules I purchased I'm still within a 30-day refund/exchange policy and I'd love to do that.

Googling for hp37d4u1s8hc-16xr it appears to be 1Rx8 rather than 1Rx16
I suspect this post by @NonSequitur777 lists the recommended memory

I have no knowledge of RGB ram, sorry. My area51 has metal sides rather than glass or I might have gone for rgb
