1. Select the Profile/Mode you want to adjust.
2. Look for Memory Control; this should be 5th section down (Control Mode/Cores Section/Voltage Control/Additional Control/Memory Control) or see my attached Graphic.
3. You have to toggle the Included (from Excluded) and set the 'Clock Speed' to 1/2 your max supported rate since you probably installed DDR memory.
4. Save the settings and reboot.
5. Check your memory clock with something like CPU-Z or similar programs.
Version of RyzenMaster I have installed.

Hey guys, just a brief followup on this subject.
I spoke with some of the HP Omen team recently and the word was that the OCC wont be overclocking these AMD systems as originally thought. Terms and agreements and/or a couple other issues between AMD and HP put a hold on that part of those systems. When this will be rectified, they didn't know.
My opinion... I doubt this will be changed anytime soon.
They did recommend using the Ryzen Master software as per AMD's request and as @discothan pointed out already.
If you are having issues with the Kingston RGB ram not having overclocking, make sure everything is up to date. There were some glitches with that in the beginning that should be rectified by now.
Hope that helps a little.

@TommySaus About all you can do is make sure the kit matches the original ram (timings, and maybe same HyperX model series). If there are differences other than what the bios recognize, it might only run at default.
Make sure your OCC is up to date (MS Store) and HP event utility, and the SDK package that's listed in your Drivers download page.
