Omen Gaming Hub loading forever

Hello,

my PC is brand new, it has one week of life since now.

the OGH worked one time, then when started stay on the loading screen forever.

Some info:

• if I try to launch it again while it's loading, it just open a dark gray empty window that can't even be closed without killing it
• already tried to uninstall/reinstall from Win Store multiple times
• started with or without administrator rights
• enabled it to start at boot, allow background tasks in settings

still nothing

I don't strictly need it, but it seems to be the only tool able to change the lighting scheme and various other fancy things, and after all, it's an HP software on a brand new HP machine, it really should work.

Any suggestion ?

Any way to enable some debug logging to know what it's doing while loading ?

Any alternative software, even command line, that can do the same things ?

after a lot of my own investigation I think I found the problem, while the OGH is initializing it logs this pair of error messages to ISEN.log

here it obviously is trying to read a value for the overclocking slider which is written in a language it doesn't expect.

tried to contact HP in all ways I know, seems there is no way to reach someone that can at least understand what the problem is.

I hope some HP employee read this and forward the exceptions to the dev team behind OGH
