TG01-0023W GPU Upgrade

Looking to make a few upgrades to my desktop. Just a casual gamer but got a good deal on the PC and have a buddy willing to sell me a GPU at very low price. My choices are 6600xt, 6700xt or 2080 super water cooled. However, I am not wanting to have to upgrade my PSU at this time so I will be sticking with the 400w PSU. Any help is much appreciated! I'm also looking to make a RAM upgrade if anyone could help out there. Thanks again!

If you want to replace/add a graphics card, there are a few things you need to check
