Hey, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query

Unfortunately, there are no updates at the moment. I’ve already shared this with the dedicated team. The only option right now is to wait for the update. I recommend regularly checking the official HP website and keeping an eye on the Support Assistant for any new updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Looks like we're missing the beta of Black ops  7 that starts on Oct 2th
what a shame especially knowing that some people actually preordered the game to play the beta early...

TPM Attestation Failure on AMD Platforms with ASP fTPM

"AMD resolved this issue in TPM firmware updates provided to motherboard manufacturers in 2022.

  • Some motherboard manufacturers chose not to redistribute these TPM firmware updates."

So, our MOBO manufacturers chose to do nothing...

NICE.

Replying to follow this thread. The BO7 beta starts in a few days and I sure hope HP users won't miss it. I've already updated my BIOS but all it did was change the version to 3.94.05, which is still having attestation issues on AMD hardware.

Yes same issue here too I have "OMEN Laptop 15-en1036AX"

With latest BIOS update F.29 Rev.A installed which changed my version from 3.92.0.5 to 3.93.0.5 which still didn't fix the issue with firmware

Hopefully HP releases a new BIOS update in next few days.

Well, guess it's not getting fixed in time.

Good afternoon,

I was quite happy to see a new BIOS update (date Aug 29, 2025). I was a tad bit disappointed to see this:

Fix and enhancements:

- Fixes an issue where Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS, but Windows 11 shows it as OFF in the System Information (msinfo32).

sadly enough, after installing my disappointed was justified. Windows 11 shows it as "on", but COD still doesn't recognize it/gives the same:

My BIOS says it's oke, Windows 11 says it's oke. Everything says it's oke, but the game still doesn't (wrong TPM version).

To add some more information:

If your Manufacturer Version is AMD 3.*.0.* (Figure 9), where * represents any number, your motherboard requires a firmware update.

For example:

AMD 3.92.0.5

Requires firmware update

AMD 3.92.5.5

OK

Please contact your motherboard manufacturer’s customer support to find out if a firmware update is available.

Hoping for an update soon,
With kind regards,
Vin

Hello Garp_Senchau
Any update on this issue?

I am also stuck in the same boat as what seems to be all HP users. I have a

Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0091AX (79J61PA)

and my fTPM firmware is not compatible. it would be great to know if HP intends to issue an update to address this issue.
