Sehr geehrtes HP-Support-Team,

ich besitze einen OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-1001ng mit AMD Ryzen 7 5800X und BIOS-Version F.23 (12.08.2025).
Mein System verwendet die AMD fTPM-Firmware 3.94.0.5. Laut dem offiziellen AMD-Support-Artikel PA-420 ist diese Version fehlerhaft („3..0. = ERROR“) und verursacht Attestation-Probleme, wodurch unter anderem Call of Duty Warzone (Ricochet Anti-Cheat) nicht korrekt funktioniert.

Andere Hersteller haben bereits BIOS-Versionen veröffentlicht, die eine aktualisierte fTPM-Firmware (≥ 3.94.0.7 oder 3.92.5.5) enthalten.
Auf der HP-Support-Seite ist für mein Modell derzeit jedoch kein entsprechendes BIOS- oder Firmware-Update verfügbar.

Können Sie bitte prüfen, ob ein BIOS-Update oder Firmware-Hotfix mit neuer AMD fTPM-Version für mein Modell geplant ist oder intern bereitgestellt werden kann?
Ich bin gerne bereit, eine Vorab- oder Testversion zu installieren, falls verfügbar.
