I just wondering if I can install additional Graphics Card in my PC mentioned above I have 6GB RAM in there.

Hi:

 

The graphics are an integral part of the motherboard.

 

The only way to upgrade the graphics would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in the service manual that comes with the AMD graphics.
