Hello everyone.
Does anyone know where I can download the bios for:

Hi @ldefawe,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing some issues with your HP Pavilion laptop after reverting from Windows 11 to Windows 10. The error code 43 typically relates to problems with hardware drivers. If you can't access your BIOS and are encountering driver-related issues, here are some steps you can try.

  • Check for BIOS/UEFI Updates: Sometimes, updating your laptop's BIOS (UEFI) can help resolve hardware-related issues. You can usually find BIOS updates on HP's official website. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully when updating your BIOS.
  • Reinstall Graphics Drivers: Error 43 often pertains to the graphics card. Try reinstalling or updating your graphics drivers. You can download the latest drivers from HP's website or directly from the manufacturer of your graphics card (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).
  • Roll Back Graphics Drivers: If updating the graphics driver doesn't work, try rolling back to a previous version of the driver that was working fine before your Windows 11 upgrade.
  • Use Device Manager: In Windows 10, you can use Device Manager to uninstall the problematic driver and then reinstall it. Right-click on the Start button, select "Device Manager," locate the device displaying the error (usually under "Display Adapters" for graphics cards), right-click on it, and choose "Uninstall device." Then, restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
  • Perform a System Restore: If the issues persist, you can try performing a system restore to a point before you upgraded to Windows 11. This can revert your system to a state where it was working correctly with Windows 10.

Remember to back up your important data before making significant changes to your system, like updating the BIOS or performing a system restore. Additionally, always ensure you're using drivers that are compatible with your specific laptop model and the version of Windows you're using (in this case, Windows 10).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hello, and thank you for your response.
I have already tried your suggestions, even the analysis of the bu after first installation of the PC in May 2019 does not give any result concerning the bios of the graphics card. I tried to reinstall the original driver, error after installation?
There is no file corresponding to this type of HP card on the techpowerup.com site.
I used nvflash64.exe to try to recover the file:
:\WINDOWS\system32>"D:\download\tools\diag hwd\gpu\nvidia\nvflash64.exe" --rdoem hprom

Above is the result, but can't find an explanation about the result.
On the HP site no information on the bios of the nvidia except that the driver of 2018.
An old report gave me this:
Operating system: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit
DirectX version: 12.0
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050
Driver version: 462.80
Driver Type: Standard
Direct3D Feature Level: 12_1
CUDA Cores: 640
Main clock: 1354 MHz
Memory data rate: 7.01 Gbit/s
Memory interface: 128 bit
Memory Bandwidth: 112.13 GB/s
Total available graphics memory: 8079 MB
Dedicated video memory: 4096 MB of GDDR5
System video memory: 0 MB
Shared system memory: 3983 MB
Video BIOS version: 86.07.58.00.10
IRQ: Not used
Bus: PCI Express x8 Gen3
Device ID: 10DE 1C8D 84ED103C
Reference: 2904 0001
But where to find this bios version ? That is the question.
Thank you for your help.
Regards.
