Hi All,
I have updated BIOS version to the newest available (29 Dec 2019) version F.20.
Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0030nw
Product number: 4UA04EA#AKD
Intel i7 processor
When trying to install Windows 7 using both UEFI (I know UEFI is uncorrected, just checked) or Legacy mode
I am getting error on blue screen "The BIOS in this system is Not Fully ACPI Compliant".
Could you please provide update for BIOS to be Fully ACPI Compliant?
Is this also related to the issue with installing Ubuntu system?
I can't install Ubuntu, even when in BIOS Virtualization option is enabled.
Is Virtualization fully supported?
Does HP Pavilion Gaming laptop supports Ubuntu system and Virtualization technology?
Please provide BIOS update to fix "The BIOS in this system is Not Fully ACPI Compliant" error and update to support Ubuntu system.
Thank you in advance.

@Semar HP does not support or recommend using Ubuntu or Linux as off yet, that said, I found this solution from Microsoft support, and if the issue persists, please refer to Microsoft for assistance:
1- insert the windows 7 CD and boot from it.
2- in the first screen use you language and location and proceed to new screen and choose "Repair computer"
3- setup will search for problems and give you two options
click next and then cancel any coming screens that will try to fix the boot automatically because they would simply won't!.
then you will get the following screen :
Run the command prompat and Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER
Then you will have several options to fix the MBR (Master boot record) or rebuild it; I frankly run them all
first C:\bootrec/fixMbr
2nd C:\bootrec/FixBoot
3rd C:\bootrec/RebuildBcd
and then C:\Exit
restart the system and it should work like normal

Dear @Riddle_Decipher
thank you for your response.
Unfortunately my issue is when trying to boot.
As you posted:
"
1- insert the windows 7 CD and boot from it.
2- in the first screen use you language and location and proceed to new screen and choose "Repair computer"
"
But for me the flow is like:
"
1- insert the windows 7 CD
2 - booting for few seconds (Windows loading screen is shown)
2- blue screen with topic's error; the first Windows screen is never shown
"
So I am not able to install or boot Windows 7, I am not getting first screen loaded.

@Semar If that didn't do the trick, you may want to order a set of recovery media and use that instead,
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
For details on how to perform a successful reset: click here
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
