Hello, 

I wanted to use the Bang & Olufsen app feature on my Omen X to enjoy enhanced sound on my headphones, but I can't find the app anywhere on my computer. I do not know if there is a certain SP driver needed to install the Bang & Olufsen app on my particular gaming laptop, but if there is I would like to install it so I can get that feature back.

 

Thank you to anyone who can help. 

 

A little info on my computer if it is needed.

if no longer available, it could be due to an update
Or simply that you cannot find the application
check for updated audio driver, and if needed, download and install the update (or reinstall the driver)

If you have updated the audio drivers, it should show in the start menu as OMEN Audio Control.
