Product: Hp pavilion gaming 15-ec0101ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new laptop charging very slowly, checked all questions but I got no solution. It takes 10 minutes to charge 1 percent. Please help me to find solution. I tried trouble shoot, it shows battery status OK.

Check your current BIOS version and try to downgrade to f.05 version, if you have the f.08 (it's bugged).
