I have exact same problem but on a 17-an053tx . Mine was working flawlessly for 2 months though . Tried all windows 10 64bit solutions to no effect . Reset PC 4 times for same results . Very disheartened in spending so much money for no benefit . Hopefully a solution fron HP soon .

There is a fix being passed around that is apparently working. Someone found an app that needs to be turned off due to a Windows update.
