That error code is something to do with Windows. Can you Open OCC now ? Just use Windows Store to update it

(a) Go to Windows Store and search for Omen Command Center,

(b) Select Update  (it is hidden next to Launch button).

Regards.

I had the exact same error and fixed by following these steps:

Click Start, type powershell, right click Windows Powershell and go to run as Administrator

Paste the following to remove the offending App:

Get-AppxPackage -Name "*ad2f1837*" -Allusers | Remove-AppxPackage

Then try download Omen Command Center again from Microsoft app store, still get the same error but Omen Command Center now opens fine. Now I can adjust my lighting, woohoo!

Apologies for jumping in unannounced.

The image you posted does not appear to indicate you are logged into your Microsoft account.

This might be an anomaly - perhaps your sign-in icon is the generic people icon.  ?

IF you are not signed into your Microsoft Account, the Windows Store won't function as expected.

If you are not signed in,

Open the Windows Store

Click the "people" icon (Located in the top right corner of Windows Store menu, to the right of the Search bar)

Log into your Microsoft Account
