Hello, my charger is broken. It can only charge very slowly when my PC is turned off. I already tested with a friends charger that the charging port was still working fine. So I will need to buy a new charger but there are different types. My original one had 200W, 19.5V and 10.3A. The newer models only have 150W and 7.7A is this charger also okay to use or will it be less effective?

No, this is not going to work, you need a charger with wattage rating at least 200W as shown on its specs

 Sorry  I can't find part # for it. You can turn the old one up-side-down to read p/n on its label.
