Product: HP Pavilion Gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion Gaming laptop shipped on the 18th, however for the past three days the FedEx tracking system has just been updating that the clearance is in progress. Yesterday, I called HP and a customer representative said he would look into the matter. However, I'm noticing today that it updated again saying clearing in progress TN, Memphis. Can anyone assist me? I've been trying to call FedEx but the line always says busy and I really need the laptop for school by this weekend.
