HP, this message appearing for the 3rd time and I have being using my laptop only for 2 years now, which is new and shocked to see such error messages. Also, it gave some weired sounds only a few times like 2 or 3. Then this message appeared. What can I do now? Should I change cooler but I don't think it is appropriate as it's still new .

- When was the last time your laptop was working fine?
