Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

I purchased a new printer.  Printer stopped feeding paper.  HP tech tried to resolve.  Couldnt. It was decided to send me a new printer if I sent mine back.  Received new printer from HP, sent mine to HP.  Surprise,  the one sent by HP doesn't connect to wifi.  I can't return to store b/c its not the one I purchased from them. No resolution from HP and my case managers extension is invalid.  What is customer resolution phone number?
