Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had this laptop for a while now and I am connecting a monitor to the main HDMI port I was wondering if my USB-C port can open another monitor if I used a USB-C hub so I can have a multi-display setup.

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use


     Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

     Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                    USB to HDMI Adapter
