1. Will There Be Any Grace Periods For Buying Extended Warranty & ADP ..? 
2. Which One Is Good Practice For Maintaining Battery Health & Performance It Is To Use While Charger Plugged IN or Not ...?

Battery Health Tip:
For optimal battery performance, keeping the charger plugged in while gaming or doing heavy tasks is totally fine — especially when you're in Performance Mode. Your Omen’s smart battery tech prevents overcharging. For everyday light use, unplugging occasionally can help the battery breathe a little.

Keyboard Cover Concerns:
Using a keyboard cover can protect from dust and spills, but be cautious — on high-performance laptops like the Omen, ventilation is key. Now I need to know more about the extended warranty 

Recently I approached customer chatting support and I received a number for enquiry 

After contacting them 

They Have Sent an email to me with payment options which are not available in the official Website 

Known as arminfoservice 

Should I pay them directly or I should complaint against them
