Dear HP Community,

I recently purchased an HP laptop on 13-04-2023 and took advantage of the back-to-school offer to extend my warranty for an additional 3 years. However, I noticed that my HP app does not reflect the extended warranty, and it only shows the original warranty period.

I would like to kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and updating my warranty status in the HP app to reflect the extended coverage period. Could you please advise me on how to proceed and ensure that my warranty information is updated correctly?
