Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After performing a clean install of the Windows 10, I cannot use the NVIDIA 1650 card anymore. Nothing related to the card shows up in Device Manager, even after checking "show hidden devices". Preinstalled NVIDIA GeForce Experience and NVIDIA Control Panel does not work. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling intel UHD Graphics driver, update the BIOS, download the NVIDIA drivers from HP site,... but none have worked. Please help.

Please start over again and use the following order

(a) Install Intel video driver first

(b) Then install Nvidia driver

Regards.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck at the NVIDIA installation step. The setup said it could not detect the compatible hardware. I downloaded it from the HP site.

I reinstalled the system and now it shows some unknown device. But attempting to install the NVIDIA driver is still unsuccessful.

Update: It is gone again.
