I heard that a new BIOS has been released. Try installing it to resolve the shutdown issue.

BIOS updates are getting worse. Congrats! A new problem is added ie: slow charging after playing games until you reinstall the same bios update. I know flashing a BIOS again and again is dangerous, but who cares, hp support assistants are just getting paid for copy pasting some robotic texts. It will be my first and last HP product.

Hi, there is a fix from a person, this fix worked for me, it consists of downgrading your bios to D.01 then to F.05 which is a stable version.

This worked for me, hope it works for you guys as well, my laptop: HP Pavilion 15 ec0xxx, R7 3750h + 1660ti max q.
