Hi everyone! I would like to ask a question about the HP Support assistant. Why does he have problems with "Analyzing your system" and "Preparing the action list" when i try to check for updates to drivers and other software? I tried reinstalling and connecting to different networks, but it did not help( How can i fix this?

It clearly says :"You're up to date with software & drivers" You can simply get out.
